We understand that life can be stressful and hectic. We also know that your time is valuable. We are honored that you chose us to help you unwind and relax. Because of our respect for you and your time we ask that you also be respectful of ours. We have set your appointment time just for you so that we may focus on you. Therefore, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time to complete paperwork and discuss any information with the therapist that would be pertinent to your specific massage.

Before arriving, please be mindful of clients and therapist who may be sensative to strong odors or scents such as: perfumes, cigarette smoke, or any other scents that may cause an adverse reaction. We strive to provide an environment that is appealing to all.

If something unexpected happens please call to notify of a needed cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment. No fee will be charged for resceduling or cancellations. A no call, no show appointment time will result in a $10 fee regardless of Groupon or gift certificate, This fee will be charged before the session begins.

 

If you are running late please also notify the therapist. We will do our best to try to work with you .HOWEVER, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE RUNNING BEHIND ,YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. This is to allow the therapist to be respectful of other consumers who may have an appointment on the same day.

GROUPON POLICIES

 We are happy to be teaming up with Groupon but there are policies in place to help protect our clients and business. 

  •  If a Groupon has been expired for three weeks or longer, the promotional value is no longer valid and the remaining difference ($20) will be charged at the time of services.

  •  If a client with a Groupon does not call or show to their scheduled appointment, a $10 fee will be charged to the client upon rescheduling.

  •  Our Groupons are limited to one per person. This is to help keep our regular prices low and to prevent those who wish to take advantage of our offer. If a client has been shown to have used a Groupon before and is trying to use another, they will be denied services .They will be able to contact Groupon and reiceive either a refund or a credit for the Groupon.

  • While we are happy to work with clients under the age of 18, Groupons are only valid for people 18 years or older.

  • Our Groupons are not valid for Couple's massages. This is in place to ensure that we can give our employees a fair wage for their time and services.
